What is a treatment like?
The initial visit includes an in-depth medical history taking, consultation, assessment, acupuncture treatment and/or supplement recommendations.
Acupuncture treatment involves the gentle, painless insertion of hair-thin needles into selected points on the body's surface. The needles are sterile, single-use and disposable. Treatment may last anywhere from 10-50 minutes. The treatment is typically received laying face up or down, and patients wear loose, comfortable clothing, or can be draped with sheets and towels. Soothing music is in the background to assist in providing a relaxed and healing atmosphere. Acupuncture may serve as a primary treatment, or in some cases act to compliment other therapies.

You are warmly invited to experience how the ancient lineage of acupuncture can help you feel well, balanced, relaxed, and rejuvenated!
