Biography of Daniel Bagdadi, Licensed Acupuncturist....

Daniel Bagdadi, L.Ac. holds a Master's Degree in Biological Sciences from Stanford University and completed a post-graduate internship at the Beijing Institute of Chinese Medicine in Beijing, China. He specializes in the use of a gentle, Japanese-influenced style of diagnosis and treatment, based on the system taught by Kiiko Matsumoto and Avi Magidoff. This approach to acupuncture is truly holistic in that it addresses current illnesses in the context of a person's overall constitution, and is especially powerful in resolving chronic disorders.

Daniel Bagdadi, L.Ac. has been practicing Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, as well as Nutrition and Lifestyle Counseling since 1997. A graduate of Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA, Daniel practiced at the Wellness and Longevity Center in Santa Monica prior to relocating to the Monterey Peninsula. His experience includes extensive work with allied health practitioners in integrative medical practices. Daniel believes in drawing from the best that each medical system has to offer and in turn providing patients with the highest quality care.

Most importantly, Daniel enjoys serving as a facilitator and coach to assist patients in achieving their highest health and wellness goals.
